I watched the quiet sunset springs.
Alone now, emptiness wraps my heart.
Where did the time go?
What have I done with my life?
Tasting the bitter sweetness of regret,
I wasted all the good years of my life.
Giving up a hundred dreams to serve my family,
Believing that somehow I would be rewarded...someday.
Streams of bitter tears flow freely,
All the pain of silent struggle,
All the years of silent surrender,
Carrying their burden, easing their pain.
As the sun embraces the ocean waves,
Came the realization of the truth.
Love knows no regret!
Love needs no reward!
Warmth embraces my heart,
Erasing all bitterness and pain.
My time was never wasted,
I did it all for love!

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles, it empties today of it's strength!
For those who are undergoing difficult times and want to give up, learn again how a precious pearl is formed. In the life of a clam, a grain of sand comes in and causes much pain and irritation. But instead of breaking up or giving up, the clam continues to envelope that grain of sand with so much patience and perseverance, until after some time the very same irritating painful grain of sand has become a precious, precious pearl!
Do you have problems or irritants in your life right now? Remember that they are potential pearls!

The lessons I picked up on my journey have not been forgotten. Things do not always come out the way we want it-that is the reality. No matter how hard we try, no matter where we go and no matter who we are with, some things are bound to happen, whether we want them or not. God works in mysterious ways. I know that this is His way of teaching me the simple things in life.
